The vacancy is for the position of Customer Service at American Express.
Your job will be to answer calls from customers regarding assistance issues with their accounts or cards, questions about services, general information, etc.
The work arrangement is hybrid
The offices are located on Av. Patriotismo.
Schedule of 8 hours from Monday to Sunday (with 3 breaks during the day), with two consecutive days off per week.
- Salary: $17,700.00
- English Bono: $1,450.00
- Food Voucher: $2,200.00
- Savings Bono: $1,450.00
**Total: $22,800.00**
The company provides the computer equipment.
There is a 3-month training period, fully paid. We ask for availability between 5 am to 12:00 am for your training.
The hiring process could take 30 to 40 days.

**Requirements**:
- English level C1-C2.
- Call center experience.
