**Responsibilities**
- **Project Coordination**: Oversee and ensure the successful delivery of projects as a **PMP** or **Scrum Master**, managing the lifecycle from requirement definition to deployment while coordinating with internal departments and external providers.
- **Technical Leadership**: Act as an **SDLC** Technical Leader with a strong background in **Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, Linux RedHat, Oracle DB, SQL Server**, **IBM MQ** (or similar), and **IBM WAS**, driving technical solutions and best practices across teams.
- **Vendor and Resource Management**:Manage vendor relationships, including contracts and incident escalations. Oversee a team of 3 direct reports (Infrastructure, Application Support, Incident Management) and coordinate with external providers for infrastructure and software.
- **System Development**: Leverage prior experience in system development to drive innovation and align technology with business goals.




- **Business Operations**:Manage projects within **Trading,** **Investment Funds**, **SPEI**, **SWIFT**, and **Payment Systems** (70% focus on these areas).
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in **Computer Science**, **Information Technology**, or a related field.
- **Proven experience in IT environments, production support, and project management within the banking or financial services sector.**:
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a **PMP or Scrum Master certification** or equivalent, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with **agile methodologies** and strong knowledge of regulatory compliance in the banking industry.
