**Overview**:
We are looking for a **motivated and organized HR Analyst (Part-Time)** to join our Human Resources team. This position is perfect for **students or early-career professionals** who are eager to gain hands-on experience in HR processes within a dynamic, multicultural environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the recruitment process: posting jobs, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
**Qualifications**:
- **Currently enrolled** in a Bachelor’s degree program (Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field).
- **Bilingual English/Spanish (intermediate-advanced level)** — strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)**.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
**Schedule & Location**:
- **Part-Time**: 15-20 hours per week (adaptable schedule).
