Tribe BPO Solutions is growing again and we’re excited to welcome a new team member to our night shift Contact Center team!
**Position Details**
**Work Schedule**:
- Tuesday to Thursday: 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM
- Friday & Saturday: 9:00 PM - 6:30 AM
- Sunday & Monday: Days Off
**Training Schedule**:
- Start Date: October 27th
- Duration: 2 weeks
- Week 1: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Week 2: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- **Training Pay**: $3,500 MXN (gross per week)
**Compensation (Post-Training)**:
- Base Salary: $3,600 MXN per week (gross)
- Night Bonus: $200 MXN
- Additional Bonus: $200 MXN upon certification completion

- Fluent in English with strong customer service orientation

- Located in the northwest area of Hermosillo (preferred)
- Available and comfortable working night shifts
