Join our team as a **Middle Business Intelligence Analyst,** where you will play a crucial role in supporting data migration projects by collecting requirements, documenting tasks, and verifying migration results.
**Responsibilities**
- Collect requirements from stakeholders to ensure clear project goals
- Document Jira tasks accurately to facilitate project tracking
- Prepare source to target mapping documentation for data migration
- Manage Jira workflows and updates to maintain project visibility
- Verify migration results to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Communicate progress and issues effectively with clients and team members
**Requirements**:
- Experience in Business Analysis, with 2+ years focusing on BI analysis
- Background in documenting BA artifacts, including requirements and tasks
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and validation
- Familiarity with Jira for task management and documentation
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and process requirements
- Good communication skills to liaise with clients and technical teams
- English proficiency at the B2+ level
