Become a key member of our collaborative Client and EPAM team as a **Senior Business Analyst** specializing in data migration initiatives.
**Responsibilities**
- Gather requirements from key stakeholders
- Create and maintain Jira tasks aligned with project objectives
- Develop source-to-target mappings for data migration efforts
- Oversee and update Jira throughout the project phases
- Validate migration results to confirm accuracy and integrity
- Work jointly with Client and EPAM team members
- Facilitate communication between technical and business units
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BI analysis
- Proven experience documenting BA artifacts and requirements
- Proficiency in writing and running SQL queries
- Experience using Jira for task management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in distributed teams
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- English language proficiency at B2 level or above
