**Position Description**:
- **100% Remote**:
- **Pay is $150,000 -$300,000 MXN per year - Pay is based on level of education**:
- We are a growing healthcare organization seeking mainly **Medical Doctors** interested in transitioning into administrative roles as **Medical Receptionists**.
- As a Remote Medical Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers.
- Your responsibilities will include scheduling, patient inquiries, and administrative support, all conducted from the comfort of your home.
- Internal title is Patient Care Coordinator (PCC)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer/return patient inquiries via phone or online platforms with professionalism and empathy.
- Handling/obtaining referrals, calling patients to inform of referral, schedule and confirm appointments.
- Assist with insurance verifications and billing inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm appointments using medical software systems.




- Accurately manage and update electronic medical records (EMRs).
- Communicate effectively with healthcare staff to coordinate patient care.
- Comprehensive training provided
**Schedule**:
- Monday - Friday
- 8 am - 5 pm CT

**Requirements**:

- Tech savviness/Experience with an EMR system and Google Workspace
