**Mission**:
Ensure that business needs are translated into well-defined technical solutions, coordinating teams and deliverables to achieve successful implementations, seamless integrations, and continuous improvement of technology products and services. This role is a key bridge between the functional and technical aspects, guaranteeing clarity, alignment, and quality in every delivery.
**Responsibilities**:
- Gathering, analyzing, and documenting technical requirements for implementation processes.
- Managing operational requests and following up with development, technology, and operations teams.
- Defining and validating technical specifications for integrations, configurations, or new functionalities.
- Analyzing functional workflows, identifying issues, and proposing business-aligned solutions.
- Maintaining clear and consistent communication between technical and business areas to ensure understanding and meeting expectations.
- Supporting functional testing (UAT), validating developments, and ensuring quality prior to deployment.
- Participating in follow-up meetings, clarifying requirements, and monitoring deliverables.
- Continuously documenting processes, configurations, and integrations.
**Requirements**:
**Essential Skills**
- Previous experience as a Functional Analyst, Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Basic to intermediate technical knowledge (APIs, integrations, databases, log and workflow analysis).
- Ability to document technical and functional requirements.




- Ability to communicate clearly and assertively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Organizational, tracking, and prioritization skills.
- Proactive and willing to investigate, ask questions, and escalate issues when necessary.
**Desirable Skills**
- Experience in requirements gathering for integrations or technology projects.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).
- Basic log reading and debugging skills.
- Interest in career advancement to architecture, development, or technical leadership.
