**Profile**:
- Soft Sales (required)
- Customer Service
- Previous experience as a Supervisor (required)
- Minimum job stability of 6 months
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure that KPIs are met by team members under supervision
- Generate productivity reports
- Call existing customers (retail stores) to inform them about promotions and perform up-selling
- Provide customer service by assisting clients in opening accounts to make online purchases
- Call prospects to offer products and a free membership
**Training**:
- Provided by the client
- **Training Duration**: 1-2 weeks, depending on whether additional training is required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission
Pay: $20,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month
