Compensation & Bonuses
- **Training & Nesting Pay**:
$4,600 MXN weekly (before taxes) during training and nesting
- 6 weeks total_
- **Post-Nesting Pay**:
Earn up to **$5,600 MXN weekly** (before taxes)

Earn up to **$1,000 MXN monthly** based on call evaluations

**Job Description**:
- Inbound & outbound medical calls for **pain management clinics**:
- Scheduling and verification of doctor appointments
- Medical records verification
- Prescription request updates
- Working directly with Patient Care Coordinators
- Accurate documentation and note-taking in patient files
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work **on-site** and assigned schedule
- **Advanced English** (speaking, reading, writing & comprehension)
- **Fluent Spanish**:
- Strong phone presence, listening skills & empathy




- Professional, respectful, and patient-focused attitude
- Minimum **2 years of call center experience** (customer support preferred)
- Appointment scheduling experience is a **plus**:
- Must pass interview process, background check & assessments
**Required Hiring Documents (México Federal Labor Law)**:
- Valid physical INE
- RFC, CURP, IMSS number
- Birth certificate
- Valid constancia fiscal (SAT)
- Most recent electric bill
