Position: Inside Sales Executive
Location: MONTERREY NUEVO LEON
**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Contract and rate creation management for current and prospective customers.
- Provide full sales administration support to sales team.
- Develop clients relations.
- Back up sales colleagues when needed.
- Issues resolution related to commercial issues.
**Requirements**:
- College degree with at least 2 years’ experience in shipping, can be can be either shipping line or freight forwarder.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Commercial acumen and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Good Communication in English (written and spoken).
- Very energetic and result oriented
- Computer savvy, general knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Ability to work under pressure.
