Job Description Support to maintenance technicians based on the failures escalation path
Repair equipment failures in the shortest possible time, using the appropriate equipment and/or tools
Maintain and control the proper use of the assigned tool
Identify the top offender equipment and analyze the root cause to eliminate their failures. and will present the results of the analysis
Keep your internal clients informed about the progress of projects as well as the potential risks of not complying with quality, time and / or costs, if they exist
Be self-directed by monitoring and ensuring the achievement of goals and objectives of the technologies in charge
Optimize the equipment, applying Engineering to improve MTBF and reduce Downtime
Fill the maintenance log with the information of the shift events
Analyze and eliminate failures of assigned equipment in preventive maintenance
Create or modify operating procedures and operation instructions
Propose and execute strategies and projects that allow the continuous improvement of production technologies in terms of quality,



time and / or cost
Develop and improve preventive maintenance plans
Modify and make official preventive maintenance plans
Participate in internal and external trainings
Create trainings for maintenance technicians and engineers
Make maintenance time closings to projects in the system
Be in contact with suppliers to provide feedback on the new equipment designs or refurbished equipment
Provide technical support to the different projects of the FF's
Register in the spare parts warehouse the necessary spare parts to give maintenance for the equipment
Define the necessary spare parts stock levels together with the spare parts warehouse▪ Continuously improve through the optimization of your activities and reduction of time in them
Comply with the requirements of the Company's Quality system

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Advanced English
Professional Experience 3 - 5 years of experience in shop floor technical support

Project and/or Process Experience 3 - 5 years of experience in projects to introduce and improve production technologies. (Time, Cost, SCRAP,FPY,New Process).
3 - 5 years of experience in Soldering Processes, Coating & Poting, Cure Ovens, AOI, AXI, Pin Insertion, Pressfit, Depanelized, Preformed, Screwing, Welding, Riveting, Robots & Cobots, Screwing, Vision, Handling, Assembly & Sub-Assembly Processes.
