Assist Operations Manager, Manufacturing Managers and other business leaders to identify and prioritize opportunities to improve productivity throughout their businesses. Assist Operations Manager, Manufacturing Managers and other business leaders in the development of procedures to improve safety, maximize output, maintain or improve quality, and reduce inventory and overall cost. Audit adherence to standardized processes and procedures to ensure sustainment of improvements Thorough knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles including training, planning and implementation of tools. Manage and develop skills of the Manufacturing direct reports. Ensure all operational processes are carried out in accordance with safety, quality and environmental systems and procedures. Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly reviews of key metrics and actions to improve.. Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering or related field from an accredited institution required.



Minimum of 5 years of working experience in Manufacturing and Production enviroment in a medium/large facility. Operation Excellence indicators (e.g. Profit Plan, Safety, CONC, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity, etc.). Strong EHS processes knowledge (RSA, LSR, emergency preparedness, fire Safety, hygiene & ergonomics). Strong Environmental aspects knowledge (Aspects assessment, waste,water,emission & energy management). Strong EHS processes knowledge (RSA, LSR, emergency preparedness, fire Safety, hygiene, ergonomics). Position requires strong analytical skills and understanding of problem solving tools/methods (Six Sigma, 8D, or other). Understands role of quality and variation reduction in driving operational improvement (Black Belt in 6Sigma, preferred). Must have advance level verbal and written English skills required. Proficiency in computer skills Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
