About the Role
Aon is seeking an experienced and commercially driven professional to lead its M&A; and Transaction Solutions (AMATS) practice across Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean.
The Regional AMATS Leader will be responsible for leading the development and growth of Aon M&A; and Transaction Solutions (AMATS) across Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. The role will oversee all business lines within the practice, including Transaction Solutions (Representations & Warranties Insurance, Tax Liability, Contingent Risks, and other specialized transactional risk solutions) and Transaction Advisory Services (Insurance and Risk Due Diligence, Lender’s Insurance Advisory, and related services).




This position combines deep expertise in corporate transactions and mergers and acquisitions with a strong commercial mindset. The Regional AMATS Leader will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with clients and advisors, generating new business opportunities, leading the regional team, and positioning Aon as the leading advisor in transaction risk solutions across the subregion.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Market Growth
Represent Aon at conferences, seminars, industry events, and thought leadership activities.
Generate new business opportunities through active prospecting, networking, and the development of strategic relationships with law firms, private equity funds, investment banks, and corporate organizations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, investors, legal advisors, and financial advisors involved in corporate transactions.
