team partners across development, process, verification, and product engineering
to deliver high-quality DRAM products that drive innovation and performance
worldwide.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Join Micron's DRAM Engineering Group (DEG) and help build the next generation of
memory technologies As a Layout Design Engineer, you will transform circuit
schematics into high-quality physical layouts used in semiconductor
manufacturing. You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to
develop innovative layout solutions for advanced DRAM products while ensuring
compliance with design,



verification, and manufacturing requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Build, implement, and verify analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit
layouts for advanced DRAM products.
* Collaborate with Build, Verification, Process, and Product Engineering teams
to develop efficient floorplans and optimize layout quality.
* Use industry-standard EDA tools, including Cadence Virtuoso and Calibre, to
perform layout development, verification, and physical validation.
* Analyze and resolve layout challenges related to antenna effects (ANT),
latch-up (LUP), ESD, and other physical build considerations.
* Complete DRC/LVS verification and support tapeout activities to ensure
alignment with design, process, and manufacturing requirements.
