The Marketing Specialist, Revenue Marketing exists to translate revenue
marketing priorities into well-managed, executed programs that support
commercial sales, pipeline generation, and campaign performance. This role
blends marketing execution with project management by coordinating timelines,
stakeholders, deliverables, and reporting. The Marketing Specialist, Revenue
Marketing ensures campaigns launch on time, stay aligned to business goals, and
drive measurable results.

What You’ll Do

* Own project management for integrated revenue marketing campaigns, including
intake, timeline development, workback schedules, milestone tracking, risk
identification, and follow-through to ensure on-time execution.




* Coordinate cross-functional execution across revenue marketing, sales,
content, creative, digital, and external vendors/partners to keep
stakeholders aligned on priorities, dependencies, approvals, and launch
readiness.
* Develop clear campaign briefs, project plans, and status updates that
translate business objectives into actionable deliverables, ensuring programs
are well-scoped and executed consistently.
* Manage campaign and program deliverables such as content requests, paid media
support, syndication activities, publication partnerships, and creative asset
workflows to support pipeline and segment marketing goals.
* Monitor project and campaign performance by maintaining trackers,
consolidating updates, and supporting reporting on execution, lead flow,
engagement, and contribution to sales and pipeline objectives.
