Job Title: Peoplesoft Support Lead

Location: Remote in Mexico

Job Description:

1. Application Support

Provide L1, L2, and L3 support for PeopleSoft applications.

Handle incident management, ticket resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

Support PeopleSoft maintenance and ongoing operational activities.

2. PeopleSoft Patching & Maintenance

Apply Oracle certificates and PeopleSoft (PS) updates.

Perform CPU (Critical Patch Update) patching.

Use Change Assistant (CA) to apply Oracle-delivered bug fixes.

Conduct impact analysis with the technical team when patches/packages are applied.

Support development issues requiring Apps DBA and PeopleTools Metadata knowledge.

3. PeopleSoft Environment & Server Administration

Administer, configure, and troubleshoot:

Application Servers

Process Schedulers

Web Server Domains

File Servers

PeopleSoft application, web, and process scheduler domains

Configure and manage clustering, load balancing, and failover.

Perform PeopleSoft environment refreshes,



including recreation of Application Server, Web Server, and Process Scheduler domains.

Conduct regular daily/weekly/monthly environment health checks.

4. PeopleSoft Migration & Deployment

Manage PeopleSoft project migrations using the STAT tool.

Coordinate migration activities across PeopleSoft environments.

Maintain environment catalogs and related technical documentation.

5. Elasticsearch Administration

Configure and manage Elasticsearch within PeopleSoft environments.

Troubleshoot Elasticsearch issues.

Perform root cause analysis for Elasticsearch-related problems.

6. Performance Tuning & Troubleshooting

Perform performance tuning of:

Application Servers

Web Servers

Process Scheduler Servers

Conduct PeopleSoft debugging, tracing, and troubleshooting.

Troubleshoot PeopleSoft environments across different cloud platforms.

Assist with Oracle database performance tuning.
