We’re looking for a tech-savvy Media Buyer who understands that great advertising is about more than pushing buttons inside an ad platform.

We want someone who understands why people buy, how to identify the right angle, and how to turn that insight into creative that gets attention and generates leads.

You should be the type of person who actively looks for better ways to do your job. That means using AI, automation, research tools, analytics, competitor research, creative libraries, and anything else available to work faster, test smarter, and improve performance.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Launching, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns
- Developing new ad angles, hooks, offers, and creative concepts
- Researching customers, competitors, and market psychology
- Analyzing performance data and figuring out why an ad is working or failing
- Working with designers/editors or using AI tools to rapidly produce and test creative
- Building structured testing plans instead of randomly launching ads




- Using AI and automation to make campaign management and creative production more efficient
- Continuously looking for new tools, strategies, and opportunities to improve results

Who We’re Looking For

You’re probably a strong fit if:
- You are extremely comfortable with technology
- You naturally experiment with new AI tools and software
- You understand direct-response marketing and consumer psychology
- You can explain why one hook or creative angle should outperform another
- You understand that creative is one of the biggest drivers of paid social performance
- You make decisions based on data but don’t rely on dashboards to do the thinking for you
- You’re resourceful and can figure things out without needing step-by-step instructions
- You constantly look for ways to make your work faster, smarter, and more effective
