We’re looking for a
hands-on VoIP & Telecom Technical Support Specialist
to support healthcare clients and keep their communication systems reliable. You’ll troubleshoot real-world technical issues, configure phone systems, and work directly with clients, ISPs, and technical teams to get problems resolved.

What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot
VoIP, SIP/RTP, networking, phone, fax, and connectivity issues
.
- Support
hosted/cloud VoIP, legacy phone systems, POTS, and eFax
.
- Configure and troubleshoot
Grandstream, VitalPBX, Adtran SBCs
, and similar systems.
- Handle extensions, voicemail, passwords, call forwarding, and other user requests.
- Diagnose outages and connectivity problems and drive issues through to resolution.
- Work with
ISPs, field technicians, and internal teams
on complex issues.
- Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and escalations.
- Provide professional support through
tickets, phone, and email
.





What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience
in VoIP, telecom, networking, or technical support.
- Solid understanding of
VoIP, SIP, RTP, and networking fundamentals
.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting
business phone systems
.
- Experience with
Cisco, Adtran, or similar networking equipment/CLI
.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of issues.

CCNA certification or equivalent experience is a plus.
