About The Role
DNV is currently seeking a dedicated Business Support professional to join its Business Assurance Division. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to DNV's success and work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
This role will report to the Area Manager and be based in our DNV office in Mexico, City
.
What You'll Do
- Perform scheduling/planning process in accordance with procedures, rules and regulations.
- Communicate continually with client and auditor to confirm schedule.
- Support and enable the qualifications and competence initiatives.
- Ensuring effectiveness and efficient management of scheduling activities.
- Maximise utilisation of resources while ensuring lower operation cost.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Understand and have in consideration logistics/georgraphic implications when planning.
- Business (commercial) or administrative experience will be valued.
