About The Role
We are seeking a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead comprehensive digital acquisition and search strategies. You will take ownership of end-to-end marketing campaigns, optimize our digital footprint, and continuously refine our approach based on competitive intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
- Create full marketing strategies from the ground up.
- Act as the core SEO/SEM/AEO Strategist for the brand.
- Lead the ideation of new inbound LinkedIn campaigns.
- Drive new Google campaign ideation.
- Analyze performance across both LinkedIn and Google campaigns.
- Generate reports and analyze data using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Continuously research competitors, identify new opportunities,
and deepen the understanding of the Adecuado Customer Profile (ICP).
Key Requirements
- +3 years of experience in B2B Marketing.
- +3 years of experience running Google Ads.
- +2 years of experience running LinkedIn Ads.
- +2 years of experience in SEO/SEM.
- +2 years of experience in copywriting.
- +6 months of experience in AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).
- English proficiency requires a B2 level for speaking and a C1 level for writing.
Desired Skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate raw data into actionable growth tactics.
- Creative problem-solving abilities for continuous campaign optimization and A/B testing.
- Strong collaborative communication skills for cross-functional strategy execution.
Working Conditions
- Job schedule: 9 am - 1 pm, hybrid in Aguascalientes, Mexico
- Working hours: 20 hours per week.
