Team Overview
The Integral Talent Acquisition team partners closely with business leaders across TransUnion to attract, engage, and hire high-impact talent that supports enterprise growth and transformation. This team plays a critical role in building diverse, high-performing teams across functions by providing strategic talent guidance, market insights, and consistent recruiting execution. This role reports to a Manager of Talent Acquisition. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
This role exists to independently deliver end-to-end Talent Acquisition partnership across multiple business areas while serving as a trusted advisor to leaders on hiring strategy, talent market dynamics, and recruiting execution.
- Independently partner with business leaders across TransUnion to understand workforce needs, define hiring priorities,



and deliver high-quality talent outcomes with a high degree of autonomy
- Autonomously manage full-cycle recruiting across a diverse portfolio of roles, from intake through offer, ensuring timely execution, strong stakeholder alignment, and a consistent hiring experience
- Proactively develop and execute sourcing strategies, including market research, Boolean search design, talent mapping, and targeted outreach, without requiring close supervision
- Serve as a consultative Talent Acquisition Business Partner to Hiring Managers and Senior Leaders, independently guiding hiring strategy, candidate evaluation, market positioning, and decision-making
- Design and implement forward-thinking recruitment strategies aligned to enterprise-wide talent priorities, business goals, and workforce planning needs
- Independently leverage recruiting data and insights to drive informed conversations with business leaders on pipeline health,
