Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent/Sales Closer Rep to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with clients to provide tailored insurance solutions, closing sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The adecuado candidate will possess strong communication skills, sales expertise, and comprehensive knowledge of insurance products including property, casualty, health, and commercial insurance. Bilingual abilities and experience in outside sales or retail sales are highly desirable. Responsibilities
- Engage in outside sales activities to identify and develop new client relationships.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to recommend appropriate insurance policies.
- Negotiate terms and close sales effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- Manage sales administration tasks including documentation, policy issuance, and follow-up.




- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance regulations, products, and industry trends.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details, and assisting with claims processes.
- Utilize marketing strategies to promote insurance services and expand client base.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant industry standards during customer interactions.
- Assist in benefits administration and support clients through the onboarding process.

Requirements
- Valid license for Property and Casualty Insurance; additional licenses in health or commercial insurance are a plus.
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are preferred.
