Overview

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Affiliate Marketing Specialist to scale and manage our affiliate and creator ecosystem on TikTok Shop Mexico.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end creator pipeline: sourcing, high-volume daily outreach, sample logistics, content activation, and sales generation (GMV). If you thrive in fast-paced social commerce environments, understand short-form video conversion, and excel at managing creator relationships at scale, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify,



recruit, and onboard relevant TikTok creators and KOLs aligned with target audience metrics, content quality, and sales potential.
- Drive creators efficiently through each funnel stage: outreach / sample fulfillment / video publication / active selling.
- Manage affiliate collaborations directly on TikTok Shop, executing both Open and Target Collaborations aligned with commercial goals.
- Support creators with product value propositions, effective hooks, calls to action (CTAs), promotional info, and basic short-form video best practices.
- Track daily and weekly metrics (GMV, orders, CTR, CVR, sample activation rates, active creators) using Google Sheets/Excel pivot tables and dashboards.
- Identify top-performing creators to build long-term relationships, and support affiliate participation in TikTok LIVE events and major promotional campaigns.
