About the Role

We’re looking for a
Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

with experience in
staffing, BPO, or high-volume recruitment

, including experience recruiting talent throughout
Latin America

, who thrives in a fast-moving environment.

This role requires an
exceptionally high level of English proficiency, both written and spoken

. You will be recruiting primarily for




U.S.-based companies where English is the primary working language

, so you must be fully comfortable conducting interviews, evaluating candidates’ English communication skills, writing professional candidate summaries, and communicating confidently with internal stakeholders and clients in English.

This is not a role where you’ll simply post jobs and review applications. You'll manage multiple searches simultaneously, actively source candidates, screen and assess talent, maintain organized recruiting pipelines, and partner closely with our internal team to ensure we’re consistently presenting strong candidates to our clients.

We’re especially interested in someone who knows how to use
AI, recruiting technology, automation, ATS platforms (Zoho Recruit), and CRMs

to work smarter and make recruiting processes more efficient. You should also be able to identify bottlenecks throughout the recruitment process and recomm
