Work Schedule:
Versátil, up to 40 hrs/week with a minimum 4-hour overlap with PST

Role Responsibilities
- Create and evaluate high-difficulty content and SEO tasks and expert-level solutions.
- Develop scenarios covering content strategy, keyword research, search intent, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and organic growth.
- Review AI-generated outputs for SEO accuracy, content quality, relevance, and practical usefulness.
- Analyze rankings, traffic, conversions, content performance, and competitive search trends.
- Evaluate technical SEO factors including crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, and Core Web Vitals.
- Conduct SEO audits, identify opportunities, and prioritize improvements for organic growth.
- Review and calibrate team outputs and provide expert feedback.
- Apply established quality standards and incorporate feedback to refine tasks and solutions.





Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in content strategy, SEO, organic growth, or digital marketing.
- Proven experience developing editorial strategies aligned with audience needs, search intent, brand positioning, and business goals.
- Advanced proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Strong expertise in technical SEO, including crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, and Core Web Vitals.
- Deep experience analyzing search rankings, traffic, conversions, content performance, and competitive trends.
- Ability to lead SEO audits, prioritize opportunities, guide content teams, and develop measurable organic growth strategies.
