We are hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative to support a U.S.-based appliance repair company.

This role involves handling inbound phone calls and responding to texts and emails from customers who need appliance repair services.

The main goal is to provide excellent customer service while turning customer inquiries into scheduled service appointments. We are looking for someone who is confident communicating with customers, attentive to detail, and has a strong sales mindset.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and understand customers' appliance service needs
- Respond to customer inquiries by text message and email
- Turn customer inquiries into scheduled service appointments
- Guide customers through the scheduling process and help them choose an appropriate appointment
- Build trust and create a positive customer experience
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments and service needs
- Accurately collect and enter customer information
- Use Excel and a customized CRM to manage customer information and appointments




- Handle customer questions and objections professionally
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all appointment details are correct

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, appointment scheduling, inside sales, or a similar role
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong sales mindset and ability to convert customer interactions into appointments
- Confident and professional phone presence
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable learning and using a customized CRM
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Experience working with U.S. customers is a plus
