Overview:

Join a growing U.S.-based home services company specializing in roofing and exterior home improvement solutions as a
Bilingual Roofing Sales Specialist.
In this role, you will drive growth by conducting high-volume outbound calls to qualify prospects and secure appointments. It is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional seeking a flexible schedule, independent work, and lucrative performance-based bonuses.

Schedule:
- Monday to Sunday, versátil schedule within the client’s business hours (between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, US Pacific Time, 40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to homeowners using the Ready Mode dialer system.
- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for roofing consultations.
- Achieve onboarding targets of at least 3 confirmed show-up appointments within the first 30 days.
- Maintain a monthly goal of at least 5 confirmed show-up appointments after the onboarding period.
- Generate approximately 15 booked appointments per month through consistent outbound activity.




- Manage your work schedule flexibly within the 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Pacific Time window.
- Follow established sales scripts and qualification guidelines.
- Accurately track daily call activity, appointment bookings, and conversion metrics.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth appointment coordination.
- Commissions will be provided: bonus per successful appointment

Requirements:
- Proven experience in high-volume outbound sales.
- Previous experience in the roofing or solar industry is required.
- Fluent in Spanish and English – with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages across written and verbal formats.
- Demonstrated ability to book appointments and achieve sales targets consistently.
- Strong self-management skills with the ability to work independently.
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace.
