Human Resources Assistant

What You’ll Do

As a Human Resources Recent Graduate , you will gain hands-on experience supporting key HR functions, including:
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
Post job openings, screen resumes, coordinate interviews,



and assist hiring managers in selecting top talent.
- HR Administration:
Maintain personnel files, track vacations and leaves, process HR documentation, and support day-to-day HR operations.
- Performance Management Support:
Assist in tracking goals, conducting evaluations, and implementing improvement initiatives.
- Data and Reporting:
Prepare HR reports, presentations, and analysis to support decision-making.
- Policy & Process Development:
Contribute to updating HR procedures and implementing best practices.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in
Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
.

English proficiency at B2 level or higher
(both written and spoken) – mandatory.

Experience in recruitment and selection
(internships or professional practice).

Knowledge of basic HR operations and labor law compliance

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, team-oriented mindset
