Make a difference for families while working from home

We are looking for a dependable, bilingual Billing & Collections Specialist to support our customer-service team. This is a remote independent-contractor role for someone based in Mexico who is confident speaking and writing in both English and Spanish.

You will help families with billing questions, follow up professionally on overdue or failed payments, make and receive customer calls, and keep every account interaction organized and accurate. This is a phone-forward role for someone who is kind, confident, detail-oriented, and comfortable solving problems in a busy environment.

What you’ll do:
- Make friendly, professional outbound calls, texts, and emails about balances, failed payments, and billing questions
- Handle inbound customer calls in English and Spanish with patience, clarity, and empathy
- Explain balances, due dates, approved payment options, and account policies accurately
- Follow up consistently until a payment is received, an approved plan is in place, or an issue is escalated




- Document every conversation clearly and keep account notes up to date
- Support billing collections, customer questions, refunds, and account follow-up after training
- Use scheduling, billing, messaging, CRM, and customer-account systems
- Help protect the customer relationship while handling difficult conversations professionally

What we’re looking for:
- Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish
- Strong phone skills and the confidence to make both inbound and outbound calls
- Customer service, collections, billing, accounts receivable, call-center, or account-support experience is preferred
- Comfortable asking for payment respectfully and following up with good judgment
- Reliable internet, a quiet professional workspace, computer, and headset suitable for calls
- Organized, dependable, coachable, and able to work independently
- Comfortable learning iClassPro and our billing, scheduling, and customer-serv
