Are you an experienced accounting and tax professional looking to take the next step in your career within a multinational manufacturing environment? We are looking for an
Accounting & Tax Coordinator
to lead accounting operations, tax compliance, financial reporting, and audit coordination while driving process improvements and ensuring full compliance with Mexican regulations and corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly and annual financial closings
- Oversee general accounting, reconciliations, provisions, and financial reporting
- Manage federal and local tax compliance, filings, and tax authority requirements
- Coordinate internal, external, and tax audits
- Support ERP optimization, automation, and financial controls




- Provide accounting and tax guidance to business stakeholders
- Lead and develop a small accounting team

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting
- Experience in manufacturing environments, preferably multinational companies
- Team leadership or coordination experience
- Strong knowledge of Mexican tax regulations, NIF, and IFRS
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Infor, Epicor, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI is a plus
