What You'll Do

As a Sales Development Representative, you will operate as a fractional sales lead, responsible for identifying gaps in the company's current marketing and sales approach, building the supporting infrastructure (SOPs, playbooks, and tech stack), and executing a high-impact outbound strategy.



This role is designed for someone who has been there and done that and can comfortably step in, take ownership, and drive results with minimal hand-holding. Your core responsibilities will include the following:

Sales Architecture & SOP Building
- Build the Sales Development function from the ground up, including lead scoring frameworks, outreach cadences, and qualification criteria.
- Create and document SOPs for outbound calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn social selling in collaboration with the company.
- Vet, recommend, and configure the appropriate tools (CRM, outreach platforms, data sources) to ensure a scalable sales process.

Outbound Strategy & Execution
- Identify and qualify high-potential leads using LinkedIn, industry databases, and advanced web research to maintain a strong pipeline aligned with the Adecuado Customer Profile (ICP).
- Verify contact details, job titles, and firmographic data to ensure outreach targets the correct decision-makers.
