The Capital Project Manager leads a portfolio of capital projects across LyondellBasell's Advanced Polymer Solutions (APS) manufacturing sites. Projects support safety, reliability, capacity, manufacturing improvement, and automation objectives.



A significant portion of the portfolio consists of material handling and logistics automation projects including material receiving, packaging, palletizing, warehousing, and related manufacturing systems. These projects improve safety, ergonomics, productivity, and fixed-cost performance. The successful candidate will manage projects from concept through startup, coordinating internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver practical, cost-effective solutions.

Location: The preferred candidate will be based within reasonable proximity to one of our APS sites in the United States or Mexico.

A Day in the Life
- Manage a portfolio of capital projects across APS manufacturing sites, leading projects from concept development and funding approval through execution, startup, and closeout.
