Job Description

YOUR MISSION?
- You oversee the overall quality and consistency of the culinary experience, ensuring the highest standards of service, food preparation, storage, cleanliness, and organization throughout the kitchen.
- You are responsible for managing and optimizing kitchen costs while maintaining the quality and generosity that define Mama.
- You inspire, lead, develop, and supervise the kitchen team, creating a positive, energetic, and high-performing environment.
- You ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards, while guaranteeing the proper use, care, and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
- You lead by example and make sure that every plate leaving the kitchen delivers the true Mama experience
