Role: SAP Onsite Program Manager

Location: Mexico (Remote but needs to travel 2 times a month to Ciudad Juarez)

Mode: Full-Time

Job Description:
- Experienced SAP Onsite Program Manager with extensive expertise in leading largescale SAP S4HANA transformation rollout and support programs across multiple countries business units and manufacturing locations
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end program delivery including project planning governance stakeholder management resource coordination risk mitigation cutover golive and hypercare support
- Strong experience coordinating cross functional teams across SAP modules including FICO OTC PTP RTR EWM PP MES and Integration workstreams




- Skilled in driving business process standardization localization requirements data migration testing change management and deployment activities while ensuring adherence to project timelines budgets and quality standards
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with business leadership plant managers IT teams’ system integrators and third-party vendors to deliver successful SAP programs
- Experienced in managing manufacturing and automotive industry implementations involving Mobile Data Entry MDE JIT Call processing MES Integration Local GAAP compliance and Invoicing requirements
- Strong leadership communication and executive reporting skills with a focus on business value realization operational excellence and successful user adoption across integral SAP landscapes
