*Position Summary*

The HR Generalist will promote and enhance HR services by ensuring that customer service excellence is provided to employees in answering queries and providing information on a variety of HR programs and services. This will involve research, analysis and liaising with our external HR advisors to resolve more complex issues. As well, the individual may be called upon to lead and implement other HR projects as assigned.

The HR Generalist will lead developing and coordinating (the “Company” brand) to attract top talent and grow the Company through full-cycle recruitment. This role will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from beginning to end and will lead employee engagement activities as the Company grows.

This role operates within a cross-border leadership structure, reporting to the VP Finance while working closely and collaboratively with the Mexico Administrative team to ensure cohesive, well-coordinated HR and administrative support across the business.

Duties and Responsibilities

Mexican Labour Law Compliance





• Manage general employee relations issues and queries;

• Develop, maintain, and administer internal policies and procedures; and

• Liaise with legal counsel on employment law-related matters including immigration for international duties, employee discipline and terminations, etc.;

*Recruitment*

•Lead full cycle recruitment, including writing and posting of positions, resume and candidate tracking, pre-screening and interviewing of candidates for all positions. Experience with OCC, LinkedIn Recruiter (or other recruiting platforms) is considered an asset;

•Project manage and coordinate career/job fair attendance to attract top talent; and

•Attend universities and assist with guest speaker presentations; promote
(the “Company” brand)
and employment opportunities to attract recent graduates, future hires, co-op students, etc.
