Easy Lemon is a rapidly growing U.S.-based Lemon Law firm dedicated to helping consumers pursue claims involving defective vehicles. Our mission is to simplify a complex and often frustrating process while connecting consumers with the legal support they need.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated, confident, and results-driven Intake Specialist to join our remote team. This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Legal industry experience is a plus but not required. We provide training on our intake process and the fundamentals of U.S. Lemon Law.
About the Role
As an Intake Specialist, you will be one of the first points of contact for prospective clients who are interested in pursuing a Lemon Law claim. You will speak with potential clients, learn about their vehicle and repair history, determine whether they may qualify for our services, explain the next steps, and guide qualified prospects through the enrollment process.
This is a high-volume, sales-focused intake position that requires confidence on the phone, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trust quickly. Success in this role requires a combination of empathy, persistence, consultative selling, and a strong focus on achieving performance goals.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients
- Speak with potential clients to gather information about their vehicle, repairs, and circumstances
- Identify and evaluate potentially qualified leads based on established intake criteria
- Explain the Lemon Law process and set appropriate expectations for prospective clients
- Answer questions and address concerns in a professional, confident, and empathetic manner
- Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients
- Guide qualified prospects through the enrollment and retainer process
- Effectively h
