? Role Summary

We are looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial Creative Director to help shape the future of our creative function. This is not a traditional creative review role. Instead, we're seeking a leader who can establish creative consistency across multiple studio partners, build scalable creative systems, and create the frameworks that enable high-quality work across our client portfolio.

The adecuado candidate combines a strong design and art direction background with the ability to build processes, onboarding frameworks, and creative playbooks. They thrive in ambiguous environments, enjoy creating structure where none exists, and are excited by the opportunity to help define and scale a growing function.

? Key Responsibilities

and playbooks that ensure consistency across internal teams and external studio partners.
- Establish and maintain scalable creative systems, standards, and best practices across multiple client accounts.
- Serve as the creative authority for client work, ensuring alignment with brand standards, business objectives, and strategic priorities.
- Build strong relationships with clients and serve as a trusted advisor during creative conversations and strategic discussions.
- Provide creative direction and guidance to external studios, helping elevate the quality and consistency of deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify creative gaps, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
