Based at our Apodaca, Mexico plant, you will be part of a global Talent Acquisition team where your ideas, expertise, and market knowledge will help build diverse talent pipelines and strengthen Danfoss’ position as an employer of choice.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver recruitment strategies that support business growth.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes,



from sourcing and screening to interviewing and candidate selection, ensuring quality hires and a positive experience.
- Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines for critical roles, helping the business secure future talent proactively.
- Advise stakeholders on hiring best practices, market trends, and candidate attraction strategies to improve hiring outcomes.
- Collaborate with general Talent Acquisition teams and HR partners to share knowledge, drive consistency, and support global recruitment initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes in a manufacturing environment , partnering with hiring managers across multiple functions and organizational levels.
- Strong track record of successfully handling high-volume recruitment while maintaining an excellent candidate experience and high-quality hiring outcomes.
