Call Center Manager — Remote | $8–$20 USD/Hour

Gamma Strategies is hiring a full-time Call Center Manager in Mexico to manage a team of 9 outbound appointment setters.

Our team contacts U.S. homeowners to schedule qualified HVAC replacement appointments.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Central Time

Includes a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks.

Pay

$8–$20 USD per hour

Starting pay is $8/hour with the ability to increase up to $20/hour based on the team's performance and qualified appointments completed.

Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate 9 outbound callers
- Track daily calls and appointments
- Coach reps and review calls
- Improve appointment quality and show rates
- Make sure the team follows the script and process
- Keep the team on schedule and productive
- Report daily results to management

Requirements
- Strong English
- Previous call center management or team-lead experience




- Experience with outbound calling or appointment setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Comfortable managing employees by performance metrics
- Reliable computer and internet connection

Experience in HVAC, home improvement, or U.S.-based call centers is a plus.
