Position Purpose
A versatile position within a dynamic nonprofit that helps communities recover after disasters and gets children back in school. This position is full-time and is responsible for building and maintaining trusted relationships between All Hands & Hearts (AH&H;) and affected communities while leading community engagement, capacity-building, resilience initiatives throughout the project lifecycle,
The Community Coordinator works collaboratively with program, technical, and MEAL teams to facilitate community participation, conduct participant selection and verification processes, coordinate community committees, deliver participatory training, and monitor community feedback and learning outcomes. The role supports sustainable recovery by strengthening local knowledge and capacity through training and awareness activities on topics such as Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM), First Aid, Child Rights, safeguarding, environmental awareness, and other project-specific resilience initiatives.





This position is not available to U.S. citizens. Preference will be given to qualified Mexican nationals.

Essential Functions
Site Coordination, Contractor Supervision & Construction Quality
Support the Construction Site Coordinator in supervising contractors, local masons, and skilled labor to ensure work meets approved designs, quality standards, and project timelines.
Provide on-site technical support to contractors, Team Leaders, volunteers, and community workers as directed by the Construction Site Coordinator.
Assist with daily site coordination, including work allocation, labor needs, and material deliveries.
