The Field Sales Manager – Mexico is responsible for driving retail execution, distributor performance, and brand growth across an assigned Mexico territory. This role accelerates sales gains and brand adoption among target consumers by managing the day to day relationship and performance of local distributor partners, sales teams, and key retail accounts.




This position's major responsibilities span field sales execution, distributor and account management, retail promotion analysis, forecasting, and market reporting for the Molson Coors Mexico Business Unit, working closely with both the local commercial team and the LATAM Business Unit. A strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, hard work ethic, team attitude, and the ability to influence and collaborate with others are all imperative pre-requisites for this role.
