About the Team
The Delivery Readiness & Enablement team exists to ensure service offerings, digital experiences, and strategic initiatives are successfully adopted and operationalized across HPE Networking Services.



The team partners closely with Portfolio Management, PMO, Customer Success, Service Delivery, Managed Services, Technical Support, and Digital Experience teams to enable successful Day 0, Day 1, and Day 2 readiness across the service lifecycle.
Unlike traditional training organizations, this team is accountable for readiness, adoption, execution support, knowledge enablement, onboarding, and operational preparedness that accelerate business outcomes and improve customer experience.
Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Delivery Readiness & Enablement Manager to lead complex readiness initiatives supporting the launch, adoption, and operationalization of new service offerings, digital capabilities, and strategic transformation programs.
