Job Summary




The Materials Planner is responsible for analyzing the Supply Plan and comparing it with current orders and inventory levels to determine material requirements that need to be requisitioned through Oracle. The position ensures material availability to meet production and customer requirements while maintaining an appropriate balance between supply and demand. The role is also responsible for optimizing inventory levels, preventing material shortages or excess inventory, and maintaining accurate planning and inventory information within the relevant systems.Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

Analyze material consumption and current inventory levels..

MRP, Kanban & Inventory Management

Maintain Kanban Loops using the standard deviation formula.
Manage MRP / Kanban / DSY planning categories.

Orders & Material Follow-Up

Create ISO / Internal Orders and monitor their deliv
