Job Description
You will provide leadership of project management execution for strategic plans that support growth, productivity, capacity and globalization of our manufacturing capability. Leading projects with Integrated Supply Chain (ISC), Department Leaders, Finance and Global Real Estate to build plans and schedules following business cases.



Scope of projects include implementing manufacturing footprint programs (product line moves, factory expansions and startups, insource/outsource), merger and acquisition integration into manufacturing and manufacturing engineering program leader. You will report to the Manufacturing Strategy and Execution Manager.
Your Responsibilities:
Manage projects of varying size and complexity across North American manufacturing sites.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business objectives.
Build stakeholder engagement plans and provide regular updates throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead cross-functional teams, delegate tasks effectively, and foster collaboration across diverse groups.
Develop and manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring alignment with milestones and strategic priorities.
Serve as the primary liaison between business units, external partners, and internal Rockwell Automation functions.
