Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, International Relations, Finance, Ethics & Compliance, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and project coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with compliance, ethics, legal, audit, or risk management concepts is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.




Experience with data analysis, reporting, or dashboard tools is a plus.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement.
Comfortable working in a multicultural and geographically dispersed environment.
Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus.
