About the Role
We are seeking a FP&A; & Costing Specialist to lead the plant’s financial planning, analysis, and costing activities. In this role, you will be responsible for financial reporting, forecasting, annual planning, manufacturing cost analysis, and productivity initiatives. You will partner closely with Operations,



Supply Chain, and plant leadership to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and drive performance improvements that contribute to the plant’s operational and financial success.
Key Responsibilities
As a FP&A; & Costing Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
Leading the plant’s FP&A; and Costing functions, including financial reporting, monthly forecasting, and annual operating planning processes.
Analyzing factory performance through financial modeling, projections, sensitivity analysis, and productivity tracking.
Reviewing and analyzing standard cost changes, Purchase Price Variance (PPV), freight expenses, and other manufacturing cost drivers.
Managing the daily spend request process and partnering with key stakeholders to accurately forecast expenses.
Collaborating proactively with plant leadership and business partners to assess risks and opportunities and provid
