About the role:

* Naviva® a Four Seasons Resort , is looking for an Engineering Manager who
oversees a team of Engineering, Gardeners and Maintenance specialists
responsible for all engineering operations for interior and exterior
facilities, including plumbing, refrigeration, heating/cooling, painting,
carpentry, structural, recycling, electrical, ground care, landscaping and
parking areas.
* The role also involves managing additional engineering work necessary to
maintain the property in an efficient condition, ensuring the safety and
comfort of guests and employees.
* The Engineering Manager is responsible for Life/Fire safety systems, energy
and sustainability initiatives, and overall facility managemen
