They establish objectives to achieve the government sales plan for the assigned territoryu2014playing a key role in driving growth in collaboration with colleagues and their manager.nnThe Senior Tender Specialist will provide follow-up, support, guidance, training, and advice throughout the different stages of the tenders issued by government agencies in which the company participates.nnIn this role, you will be the first point of contact in the territory and the main person responsible for managing events published through the various mechanisms used by Government Institutions.nn nMain Responsibilitiesnn * Tender Process Management, from pre-announcement to contract formalization.n * Cross-functional Coordination: Regulatory, Finance, Marketing, Quality, Planning,
Customer Service.n * Regulatory and Document Compliance.n * Prepare the annual tender pipeline.n * Coordinate the entire tender process with channel partners (Integrators and Distributors).nnnn nOpportunity Identificationnn * Detect tenders that generate business for the company.n * Analyze requirements for new product lines.n * Map Government accounts to generate new opportunities or recover accounts.nnnn nDevelopment and Growthnn * Increase market participation and develop new accounts with the commercial team.n * Document changes for submission and modification of the National Compendium of Supplies.n * Lead and manage multidisciplinary meetings; execute agreements to ensure compliance with government contracts.nnnn nCommercial Strategynn * Lead sales opportunities in tenders.n * Integrate economic analyses.n * Manage pricing strategies.n * Work with planning to forecast tender demand.nnnn nMarket Developmentnn * Identify needs of the end-user area.n * Generate market intelligence.nnnn nOperational and Availability Requirementsnn * Meet strict deadlines (24hu201348hu201372h).n * Handle processes with tight or urgent timelines.n * Maintain constant communication with commercial and technical areas.nnnnRequired Qualifications:nn * Academic Backgroundn * Bacheloru2019s degree in administrative, commercial, business, trade, engineering, or related fields.nnnnProfessional Experiencenn * Minimum 2 years of experience in government tender processes, public works, and particularly public health contracting.n * Experience in preparing technical and administrative documentation for tenders.n * Experience working with commercial, clinical, regulatory, finance, supply chain, and demand planning teams.n * Experience in price management, economic analysis,
