What You’ll Do
Support IDC’s market research agenda by conducting in-depth research into IT markets and their impact on industries.
Track, monitor,
and identify IT industry developments to identify and report on market shifts, patterns, and anomalies.
Collaborate with internal technology market, industry, and primary research subject matter experts to achieve research goals and produce deliverables efficiently.
Participate in ongoing professional development and continuous team knowledge creation and sharing.
Synthesize raw data into information and meaningful insights and deliver tailored content components and assets that address key business requirements.
Contribute to the creation of written research studies and presentations.
Leverage AI by designing, testing, and continuously refining prompts and skills to augment IDC’s market intelligence production processes.
Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation across the market intelligence production workflow to impact measurable productivity gains.
